Article Processing Charge
Submission Fee: 0 IDR
The journal does not charge any fee for manuscript submission or during the peer-review process.
Publication Fee: 2,000,000 IDR
This fee is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. The publication fee supports the editorial and production process, including:
- editorial handling and peer-review management
- copyediting and proofreading
- article typesetting and layout
- DOI registration
- online hosting and open-access dissemination
No additional charges apply for color figures, tables, or supplementary materials.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors are expected to submit manuscripts with a clear intention to complete the publication process.
If an author decides to withdraw a manuscript after the peer-review process has begun, the journal reserves the right to impose a review administration fee to compensate for editorial and reviewer efforts already invested in the evaluation of the manuscript.
Requests for withdrawal must be submitted formally to the editorial office. Each case will be evaluated by the editorial team.
Waiver Policy
The journal is committed to supporting equitable access to publication opportunities. Authors who face financial constraints may request a partial or full waiver of the Article Processing Charges.
Waiver requests may be considered for:
- authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries
- early-career researchers with limited funding
- authors who demonstrate financial hardship
- invited manuscripts or special issues (at the discretion of the editorial board)
Waiver requests must be submitted after manuscript acceptance and will be evaluated by the editorial office. Approval of waivers is subject to editorial discretion and available resources.
Payment Method
Payment of the publication fee is requested only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review and editorial process and has been formally accepted for publication.
Authors will receive an official payment notification from the editorial office containing payment instructions.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- bank transfer to the journal’s official account
- other payment arrangements approved by the editorial office
The article will proceed to the production stage upon confirmation of payment.
Refund Policy
All publication fees are non-refundable once the article has entered the production stage, including copyediting, typesetting, or DOI registration.
However, refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, such as:
- duplicate payments made by the author
- technical or administrative errors in payment processing
Requests for refunds must be submitted to the editorial office with supporting documentation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
