Datokarama English Education Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Datokarama State Islamic University, Palu, Indonesia. The journal focuses on advancing scholarly research in English language education and applied linguistics, with particular attention to language learning, teaching practices, and the scientific study of language in educational contexts.

The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to disseminate original research articles, theoretical studies, literature reviews, and pedagogical innovations that contribute to the development of language education and linguistics.

All manuscripts submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are required to register and submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system and strictly adhere to the Author Guidelines. Submissions that do not comply with the journal’s formatting and ethical standards may be returned without review.

The journal applies a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Authors are encouraged to check their manuscripts using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or equivalent tools prior to submission. All accepted manuscripts will also undergo similarity screening by the editorial team.

Datokarama English Education Journal is published twice a year, in June and December. Each issue includes peer-reviewed research articles that reflect current developments in English language education and applied linguistics.

Datokarama English Education Journal is committed to the principle of immediate and unrestricted open access. All published articles are freely available online without subscription or access fees. This policy supports the global dissemination of knowledge and encourages academic exchange and citation across international scholarly communities.
